Strategically situated between Croydon and London, the surgery benefits from a prime location near Brockwell Park with excellent transportation links. The practice is committed to delivering exceptional client service and supporting their team members to achieve their full potential. As a Registered Training Practice, they provide opportunities for new graduate vets and RVNs to develop their skills. The practice boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-ray equipment, ultrasound, and in-house blood testing machines. With dedicated areas for surgery, dentistry, and imaging, as well as separate cat and dog wards and consulting rooms, the practice prioritizes animal welfare and staff development. Currently, they seek a Full-Time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team as Head Nurse. This role involves managing the rota, ensuring the practice meets its needs while supporting the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing the nurse team's skills and education, which includes access to CPD and other training routes. The salary for this role is up to £41,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a relocation allowance of £2,000 per annum is available if required.
