Regional Profit Growth Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director to join our team at Vistry North Central Midlands. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the region's commercial strategy, driving profit growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead, inspire and motivate the commercial team to achieve business objectives.
- Direct and lead the commercial strategy of the region.
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior commercial role, preferably in a construction or property development company.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including colleagues, customers and suppliers.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £120,000, plus performance-related bonuses and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
