Physiotherapist - Community Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Summary
A Band 6 Physiotherapist opportunity has arisen in our Community Rehabilitation Service, based in Lewes. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to the assessment and treatment of adults with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
Main Responsibilities
You will work as part of a friendly, supportive, and integrated multi-professional team, providing rehabilitation to adults in their own homes. The role involves assessing and treating patients, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy
- Health and Care Professions Council Registration
- Post-graduate qualification or proven equivalent experience and knowledge in relevant field
Essential Skills
- 18 months - 2 years rotational Band 5 experience
- Experience of training/supervision
- Experience of multi-professional working
- Experience of using client-centred goals
Desirable Qualifications
- 2-3 years acute rotational experience, to include neurological experience
- Experience in the area of community rehabilitation
- Experience of providing training
- Experience of delivering presentations
