As a Children's Community Nurse with Sciensus, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to children in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our young patients and their families.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing holistic, one-to-one care that meets the unique needs of each child. This will involve working closely with families to develop personalized care plans, ensuring that all professional standards are met and that relevant care is delivered.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records, reporting any adverse effects, and staying up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and business policies. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel regionally to visit patients at home.
