About Our Team
Elysium Healthcare has a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team as a Service Director, responsible for leading and managing our Learning Disability and Autism service.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Care Home Manager with experience in challenging behaviour and positive behaviour support to join our established team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles and be passionate about delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
- Lead and manage a team of experienced staff to ensure delivery of excellent care and operational performance
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including purchasers and referrers, to develop commercial opportunities and promote the service
Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification, such as a Registered Manager's award, and have significant experience in managing care services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. A strong understanding of positive behaviour support and challenging behaviour principles is essential.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave allowance.
