Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at Wireless CCTV Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development team to identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the security or surveillance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience.
  • Achievable individual bonus, up to £15k OTE.
  • 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
