About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Development Manager to join our Sales team as an Account Executive. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop business opportunities with prospective and existing customers, leveraging your analytical skills to coordinate the development and implementation of suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply structured sales techniques to develop business opportunities with customers
  • Analyse customer needs and requirements, coordinating the development and implementation of suitable solutions
  • Work with customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services
  • Collaborate with other teams across FedEx to deliver a seamless experience for customers
Requirements
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and commercially aware
  • Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the business environment and results of managing multiple accounts
  • Excellent communication and contact skills
  • A creative and inventive way of working, enterprising, convincing, and genuinely interested in customers
  • Demonstrates initiative, organization, discipline, and adaptability while working in a team environment
