About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in care and support.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns or incidents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable, but not essential as we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A caring and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as required.
