We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide vigilant and compassionate care and supervision to individuals in a variety of care settings.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all individuals through regular checks and proactive risk management.
  • Offer emotional support and practical guidance to individuals who may experience distress or difficulties.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, healthcare professionals, therapists, and educators.
  • Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in caring for a variety of complex needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges, dementia/elderly care, learning difficulties, complex care needs, or children's residential care.
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales.
  • An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
