Crossroads Care NI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults and children in their own homes, providing respite care and promoting socialisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respite care, including sitting services, befriending, and taking clients out
- Support vulnerable adults and children in their own homes, completing domestic and social duties in line with the service user's person-centred care plan
- Assist with shopping and light household chores to support service users and their families
Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Full valid driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to obtain business use
- Residing in the area advertised
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous caring experience

What We Offer:
- A competitive rate of pay: £11.50 per hour
