Crossroads Care NI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults and children in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respite care to service users, including sitting services, befriending, and taking clients out.
- Encourage socialisation and support service users in completing domestic and social duties.
- Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Full valid driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to obtain business use.
- Residing in the area advertised.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous caring experience.
