We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Family Liaison Worker to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team to support all children in accessing a happy, secure, and stimulating environment at our school.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with families, staff, and external agencies to identify and address barriers to learning
- Develop and implement strategies to support children with special educational needs and disabilities
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and support staff on inclusive practices
- Collaborate with the local community to promote the school's values and mission
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
