Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Community Care Officer to join our team at East Ayrshire Council.

This is a temporary part-time position based within Adult Support Services, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to deliver personalized care and support services, promoting independence and well-being within local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support services to adults in need
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering care and support services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
