Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced High-End Facilities and Office Coordinator to join our team at CATCH 22 in Mayfair, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to coordinate high-end office and facilities services.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office maintenance, cleaning contractors, and ensuring that planned and emergency works are actioned immediately. Additionally, you will manage space and desk allocation, procure stationery and other office consumables, and approve associated facilities invoices.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 7 years of experience in office and facilities management, ideally gained in a financial services or niche corporate environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
">What We Offer
">This is a highly visible and client-facing role, offering a competitive salary package, including a generous bonus and private family healthcare, dental care, life insurance, and 23 days' holiday (increasing to 25 days after 2 years).
">Estimated Salary Range: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
