Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor for Estee Lauder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. You will be the face of our brand, showcasing our products and expertise to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is passionate about beauty and customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for clients
  • Showcase Estee Lauder products and expertise to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Participate in visual merchandising and in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
