Aveda - Beauty Sales Advisor - AV Institute - 40 HoursJob Summary: As a skilled sales advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and create a unique in-store experience for our customers. With your passion for people and our products, you will build strong relationships with your team to ensure the store meets our high standards of visual merchandising.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, using your exceptional people skills to inspire and educate our customers about our products and services. If you are an ambitious self-starter looking for a career in the Retail Beauty Industry, this could be the perfect role for you.

Requirements
  • Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
