About the Role

Venn Group is seeking an experienced EPR Data Warehouse Project Manager to lead our team in delivering a comprehensive data warehouse strategy. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of our EPR data warehouse, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the EPR Data Warehouse Development: Oversee the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of our EPR data warehouse, ensuring it meets the business requirements and strategic objectives.
  2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data warehouse, technical, and clinical teams, to ensure a consistent approach to data warehousing and reporting.
  3. Develop and Implement Reporting Solutions: Design and implement reporting solutions that meet the complex reporting needs of our stakeholders, applying EPR build and design expertise to analyze current business practices.
  4. Ensure Data Quality and Compliance: Lead audits to review the development process and ensure compliance with NHS data dictionary and rules, as well as the implementation of data quality measures.
  5. Manage the Data Warehouse Team: Direct and work with the testing team to develop test scripts, lead the data warehouse upgrade process, and ensure all allocated actions are performed and completed within agreed timescales.
  6. Provide Business Insights: Analyze complex business problems, create data models, and provide highly complex analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in data warehousing, SQL Server Management Studio, and data architecture.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and create data models.
  • Knowledge of NHS data dictionary and rules, as well as experience in implementing data quality measures.
