Data Warehouse Project Manager

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Project Manager to lead the delivery of our EPR data warehouse strategy, development, and management. As a key member of our EPR Business Intelligence Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our digital and information reporting strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the EPR Data Warehouse Team: Manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality data warehouse solutions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and extracts.
- Develop and Implement Reporting Solutions: Analyze complex reporting needs, apply EPR build and design expertise to develop recommended reporting solutions, and ensure compliance with NHS data dictionary and model standards.
- Ensure Data Quality and Integrity: Manage the notification, escalation, and remedy of potential data quality issues, and support stakeholders to identify ways to mitigate these.
- Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for projects, deliverables, and report specifications, ensuring alignment with programme progress.
- Implement Security and Access Models: Develop and manage the EPR reporting tools security and access models within the data warehouse environment.
- Lead Problem-Solving and Innovation: Work with the team and stakeholders to solve complex problems and challenges in the front-end or data warehouse build, documenting and presenting solutions for sign-off.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of our digital and information reporting strategy.
- Research and Analyze Business Problems: Research and investigate business problems, creating data models to analyze complex business problems and provide highly complex analysis for a wide range of requests.
- Lead the Data Warehouse Upgrade Process: Manage the data warehouse upgrade process, ensuring all allocated actions are performed and completed within agreed timescales, escalating any potential issues as soon as they come to light.
We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Project Manager with a strong background in data warehousing, SQL Server Management Studio, and data architecture. You will have extensive experience in leading teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and extracts. You will also have a strong understanding of NHS data dictionary and model standards, as well as experience in developing and implementing reporting solutions.
You will be a strong communicator, able to work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of our digital and information reporting strategy. You will also be able to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and work collaboratively with the team to solve complex problems and challenges.
