Job Overview:
This Staff Nurse position is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our Accident and Emergency department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions to ensure timely interventions and effective care delivery
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols
- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical excellence
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an A&E hospital environment within the last 3 years
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and adherence to current nursing practices
