Workflow Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Workflow Coordinator at Owen Reed.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the workflow of document production, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality documents to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize assigned projects to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with Document Production and departmental contacts to filter requests and provide quick turnaround service via email and/or an electronic submission tool.
- Utilize client tools and templates in document preparation as required.
- Perform quality control measures on work produced.
- Acquire and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the client's working environment and business needs.
- Effective project communication and troubleshooting support as required.
Requirements
- Experience of administering and effectively managing your own workflow and workloads within a legal or other professional services environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, able to relay information in a clear and concise manner, take ownership of job owners' needs and remaining professional at all times under pressure.
- Previous document production experience in a professional services environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of document production practices and technologies.
