About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workflow Coordinator to join our team at Owen Reed. As the initial point of contact for Corporate clients, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth intake of work and identifying tasks suitable for our Quick Turn function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule and manage workloads to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot tasks and documents, providing excellent client communication and service orientation.
  • Liaise closely with Document Production and departmental contacts to filter requests and provide quick turnaround service via email and/or electronic submission tools.
  • Perform quality control measures on work produced and manage assigned projects to ensure expectations are met.
  • Acquire and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of client working environments and business needs.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:

  • Experience in administering and managing workflow and workloads within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to relay information clearly and concisely, take ownership of job owners' needs, and remain professional under pressure.
  • Previous document production experience in a professional services environment, with a strong working knowledge of document production practices and technologies.
