Job Title: Creative Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Coordinator to join our team at News UK. As a Creative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient running of our creative studio.

Key Responsibilities:

* Allocate and log resource across pitch and live supporting the Creative Directors to ensure all work is registered
* Assist Creative Directors with Smartsheet monitoring to ensure all CLs have an even spread of work on both pitch and live
* Produce reports where required on wins/losses of briefs
* Arrange and coordinate training for CLs, design/VP where required
* Weekly liaison with Creative Directors to manage workflow of creative team

Requirements:

* Fully versed in production and creative/editorial workflows and processes
* Strong knowledge of Smart Sheets/Excel or other spreadsheets and workflow management systems including Slack, Salesforce, and Google Docs
* Delivery of campaigns to deadlines and on budget
* Effectiveness of Studio processes and performance/workflow management
