About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Outreach and Events Officer. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving student recruitment and marketing targets in relation to our organizational commercial objectives.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with young people and a strong understanding of the local community. You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to reach our target audience.

You will work closely with our Centre Manager and Central Office team to reach new parts of your community, champion London as a creative city on a national level, and create and implement new strategies and ideas with autonomy to hit recruitment targets.

About You
  • You will have an outgoing and confident personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will have a great telephone manner and computer literacy, with experience in project management, strategy, and planning.
  • You will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in creating engaging content.
  • You will have a full UK driving license and access to a motor vehicle.
