About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Coordinator to join our team at News UK. As a key member of our creative studio, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient running of our creative department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate and log resources across pitch and live projects, ensuring all work is registered and up-to-date.
  • Assist Creative Directors with Smartsheet monitoring to ensure an even spread of work on both pitch and live projects.
  • Produce reports on wins and losses of briefs, providing valuable insights for our creative teams.
  • Arrange and coordinate training for Creative Leads, designers, and video producers as required.
  • Provide weekly liaison with Creative Directors to manage the workflow of our creative team.
Requirements
  • Fully versed in production and creative/editorial workflows and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Smart Sheets/Excel or other spreadsheets and workflow management systems, including Slack, Salesforce, and Google Docs.
  • Delivery of campaigns to deadlines and on budget.
  • Effectiveness of Studio processes and performance/workflow management.
