Operations Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in High Wycombe. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, managing client relationships, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client balances and credit conditions to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling inbound and outbound payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate payment issues, liaise with internal teams, and communicate updates to other departments.
- Cover foreign exchange positions and deliver exotic currency payments.
- Manage internal balances, execute daily cash sweeps, and investigate unallocated and/or non-received funds.
- Support internal teams in resolving client account discrepancies and communicate task status to colleagues, supervisors, and managers.
- Adhere to internal policies, processes, and procedures, and participate in Ad-Hoc projects to maintain and improve business growth.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of processes to ensure consistent competency and meet KPIs.
- Manage caseload throughout the end-to-end process in a timely manner and monitor personal performance to ensure targets are met.
- Be effective in finding data and building MI reports from internal and external sources.
- Work flexibly in a high-performing team to ensure team goals and personal deliverables are achieved.

- Experience working in a target-driven operational environment.
- Ability to manage performance and targets in a fast-paced, pressured environment.

Location:
Our office is located in High Wycombe, with excellent links to London, Birmingham, and Aylesbury. The office is easily accessible by car or public transport, with regular direct links to London.
