Service Operations Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Business Analyst to join our team at Expert Employment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in further developing our clients' Field Maintenance Management business systems across Europe.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of field equipment repair, maintenance, and services operations, as well as data analysis skills, including SQL reporting. You will be responsible for analyzing the Service Operations business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Document and map Equipment Services delivery processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze business needs and identify areas for optimization, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop Field Service Management documentation, including requirements documents, use cases, user stories, workflows, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Collaborate with the Service team and IT team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts using Power BI and other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical experience supporting Service processes.
- Experience with Field Service Management systems.
- SQL report writing experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, aerospace, biotech, defense, or similar capital equipment services and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar analytical tools.
