Senior Projects Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Projects Manager to join our team at Your World Recruitment Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects within the Estates and Facilities division, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. This is a temporary ongoing role for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant NHS guidance documents, including HTMs and HBNs.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful outcome of projects.

Requirements:

  • Significant recent experience working within NHS capital at a senior level (minimum Band 8A).
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience of leading projects from initiation to completion.
  • Clear knowledge and experience of relevant NHS guidance documents, including HTMs and HBNs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Interview Process:

A panel interview will be conducted by the Associate Director of Development & Strategy – Estates and Facilities and the Associate Director of Estates Operations.

  • Are you available to start on 04/10 to accommodate the handover of the current incumbent?
  • Do you have significant recent experience working within NHS capital at a senior level (minimum Band 8A)?
  • Can you demonstrate a leadership role in a practical previous application of a full project lifecycle Stage 0-7?
  • Do you have experience of relevant NHS guidance documents, including HTMs and HBNs?
  • Can you describe your experience of governance mechanisms to ensure the successful outcome of a project?
