Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Operator to join our production team. As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for running production lines, providing basic maintenance, quality and hygiene checks, and contributing to a dynamic team driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production lines to ensure efficient and high-quality production
- Perform basic maintenance, quality and hygiene checks to ensure a safe working environment
- Contribute to a dynamic team driving continuous improvement and process optimization
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and goals
Requirements
- Clear understanding of health and safety procedures
- Previous experience in a production environment (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience with machine operation, lubrication and cleaning maintenance skills (beneficial)
- Experience with quality control procedures
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to work well in a team environment
