Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Operator to join our production team. As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for running production lines, providing basic maintenance, quality and hygiene checks, and contributing to a dynamic team driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production lines to ensure efficient and high-quality production
  • Perform basic maintenance, quality and hygiene checks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Contribute to a dynamic team driving continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and goals

Requirements

  • Clear understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Previous experience in a production environment (beneficial but not essential)
  • Experience with machine operation, lubrication and cleaning maintenance skills (beneficial)
  • Experience with quality control procedures
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
