About Becketwell Arena

Becketwell Live is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all areas of marketing and communications to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to brand guidelines. This includes advertising, social media, e-marketing, and content management.
  • Create marketing materials and presentation tools to assist other departments.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the venue's operations to meet the needs of teams, stakeholders, partners, and promoters effectively.
  • Maintain and build relationships with partners, promoters, agencies, suppliers, and industry contacts.
  • Liaise directly with ticketing and related partners before, during, and after events, regularly monitor sales, and evaluate the success of sales promotions.
  • Assist arena event promoters with their marketing activities.
  • Help plan and develop further marketing initiatives for event promotion.
  • Represent the marketing team at site visits and events as necessary.
  • Provide and promote a high level of customer service across the business.
