Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Innectis Ltd. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fine dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and control service from opening to closing, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Develop and implement cleaning rosters to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef to ensure that all food menus comply with allergy regulations and that hospitality staff are appropriately trained.
  • Recruit, manage, and supervise staff across all aspects of the front of house hospitality environment.
  • Assist with the induction program for new front of house staff and provide on-the-job training to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement a beverage program that is up-to-date, interesting, costed, and progressive, working closely with the Bar Supervisor.
  • Ensure accurate daily banking and billing, and handle customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hospitality & Office Manager to plan and deliver the service aspect of general service and special events.
  • Assume responsibility for the security of the building and devise rotas that meet the needs of a 5-day-a-week operation within budgeted staff costs.

You will be expected to work Monday to Sunday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and be available to work three weekends per month. If you are a motivated and experienced hospitality professional looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
