Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Innectis Ltd. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fine dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and control service from opening to closing, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Develop and implement cleaning rosters to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef to ensure that all food menus comply with allergy regulations and that hospitality staff are appropriately trained.
  • Recruit, manage, and supervise staff across all aspects of the front of house hospitality environment.
  • Assist with the induction program for new front of house staff and provide on-the-job training to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement a beverage program that is up-to-date, interesting, costed, and progressive, working closely with the Bar Supervisor.
  • Ensure accurate daily banking and billing, and handle customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain the highest level of visual aesthetic in all customer-facing and non-customer-facing sections, and ensure that all faults and defects are reported and actioned without delay.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and allergy guidelines, and the ability to ensure that guests are not put at risk through poor practices.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
