Job Title: Adult Healthcare Assistant Day

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to provide support for vulnerable adults in the care or nursing home sector.

The role requires a passion for working with vulnerable adults and providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care to residents, including hoist transfers and catheter care
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Supporting residents with their physical and emotional needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident care

Requirements:

  • Must have experience working in a care/nursing home based in the UK
  • Must be able to use a hoist
  • Must be able to do personal care
  • Must be able to do catheter care
  • Must have a valid AccessNI
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • Must be able to drive or make your own way to shift via public transport
  • Must have a right to work in the UK
  • Must be reliable
  • Must have experience working in a care and nursing home in the UK

Salary: Up to £16 per hour

Education and Experience:

  • GCSE or equivalent required
  • Care home experience: 1 year (required)
  • Home care experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language: English

Work Location: In person

Contract Length: 12 months

Expected Hours: 20-40 per week
