Salary and Benefits

We offer an excellent salary of £12.50 per hour, plus mileage paid at 30p. You will also receive medical insurance, which is extendable to family members, and be part of our employee referral bonus scheme.

Job Description

As a Compassionate Caregiver, your role will involve providing companionship, helping with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework, accompanying clients to appointments or shopping, and promoting mental and emotional well-being through meaningful activities and conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure regular and meaningful social interaction with clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompany clients to appointments or shopping
  • Promote mental and emotional well-being through engaging activities and conversations

Requirements

  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • At least 6 months' experience in care
  • Compassionate and professional approach
  • Able to deliver bespoke care
  • Access NI check
  • Good standard of written and verbal English
