We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to lead our residential care home in North West London. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of care staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Protect service users from harm and manage risks effectively.
- Oversee the medication process and ensure accurate records.
- Promote social activities and community involvement.
- Ensure nutritional and healthcare needs of service users are met.
- Foster positive relationships between care staff and service users.
- Keep care plans updated and responsive to changing needs.
- Lead service user and staff meetings to drive service improvements.
Requirements:
- NVQ 5 / RMN / QCF completed.
- Proven track record as a registered manager or similar senior role.
- Experience in elderly and dementia care.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
