Exciting Opportunity for a Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a brand new Children's Residential home in Walthamstow.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with emotional behavioral difficulties.
  • Ensure the service is safe, efficient, and meets Ofsted standards.
  • Manage staffing and recruitment to ensure the service is well-staffed and equipped to meet the needs of the young people.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the service is running smoothly and effectively.

About You:

  • Hold a NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services) and NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services.
  • Have experience working in a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager's position and in a residential children's home environment.
  • Be a strong leader with excellent managerial skills and the ability to motivate and support staff.

  • A competitive salary of up to £55k Basic plus Bonus.
  • A bonus scheme to be discussed at interview.
  • A full-time contract with a permanent position.
