About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy residential service, providing therapeutic care and support to children and young people with emotional behavioral difficulties. You will be responsible for managing a staff team, ensuring the service is safe and efficient, and meeting Ofsted standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff team within the service
- Ensure the staff and young people are supported at all times
- Ensure the service offers therapeutic care and support
- Ensure the service is safe and efficient
- Manage staffing and recruitment
- Ensure the service meets Ofsted standards
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
- Experience working within a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager's position
- Experience in a residential children's home environment
We offer a competitive salary of up to £55k basic plus bonus, a full-time contract, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated leadership team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
