Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy residential service for children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support for young people
  • Ensure the service is safe, efficient, and meets Ofsted standards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote the well-being of young people
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive support network for young people
  • Manage staffing and recruitment to ensure the service has the necessary skills and expertise

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager's position
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
