Children's Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a brand new Children's Residential home in Walthamstow, providing a nurturing environment and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a staff team within the service, ensuring the well-being and support of both staff and young people.
- Ensure the service offers high-quality, therapeutic care and support to meet the needs of children and young people with emotional behavioral difficulties.
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the service, meeting Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage staffing and recruitment, ensuring the right people are in place to deliver exceptional care.
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
- Proven experience working within a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager's position, with a strong background in residential children's home environments.
Salary: Up to £55k basic plus bonus
Location: Walthamstow
Contract Type: Permanent
