Dawn Ellmore Employment is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hampshire. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our business. About the Position:
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel and database management. Prior HR experience is beneficial, but not essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including HR mailbox management, recruitment administration, and supporting ad-hoc duties.

* Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members
* Coordinate recruitment activities and assist with talent acquisition
* Assist with HR-related tasks and projects as needed
Compensation and Perks:
