Job Description: Digital Analytics Lead


We are seeking a talented Digital Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital analytics function, you will work closely with the marketing team and wider digital functions to own the analysis and measurement of our marketing activations, driving better decision-making across our digital marketing channels.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Measure the effectiveness of our marketing strategies through data-driven insights and experimentation
  • Leverage multiple data sources, including Google Analytics, transactional/customer databases, and advertising platforms, to provide concise analysis for our marketing teams
  • Present findings to senior management and wider digital teams using visualisation tools such as PowerBI/Looker
  • Create a framework for periodic analysis and reporting, communicating our marketing performance clearly
  • Collaborate with data engineering to prioritise data models that meet our marketing analytics needs

Requirements:



  • Proficiency in SQL and R/Python programming languages
  • Strong visualisation skills using tools like PowerBI/Looker/Tableau
  • Experience working in a digital marketing analytics position within an e-commerce/retail business
  • Good understanding of digital marketing analytics concepts, such as ROAS/CAC/acquisition/impressions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt presentation style for different audiences
  • A passion for data and curiosity to uncover insightful information
  • Knowledge of customer/marketing analytics trends, including CDPs/lifetime value/MMM/attribution/advertising platform capabilities
