About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Lead to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our Applied Data & Analytics function, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and driving business change through the application of analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth analysis and insights on digital channel behaviour, presenting findings in a variety of formats to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with digital and broader analytics teams to prioritise and deliver the analytics backlog.
  • Develop and implement new reporting and processes through automation and optimisation, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure data capture and quality, driving business value through data-driven decision-making.
  • Line manage Associate Analysts, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Adobe Analytics, with Admin Console experience a plus. Tealium/Tagging implementation experience is highly desirable.
  • Agile and innovative thinker, able to think creatively and logically to solve problems and develop ideas.
  • Passionate about digital and retail, with a curiosity about data and new technologies.
  • Track record of delivering actionable insights and business change through analytics.
  • Self-starter with good self-management skills, able to prioritise and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator, able to build trust with stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
