Senior Digital Analytics and Personalisation Manager

Currys is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Analytics and Personalisation Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Digital Analytics Team, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting behavioural data to inform trading decisions, marketing and personalisation campaigns, and product design that improve customer experiences and optimise online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of digital analytics and data specialists, and 3rd Party Agencies, to develop and implement digital data solutions that provide the quality foundations for digital colleagues to understand and interrogate digital performance.
  • Work closely with Digital Analysts, Digital Product squads, marketing and CRM, and other Digital colleagues to drive the creation of data as a business asset for operational and analytical uses.
  • Manage the portfolio of digital data and analytics products, ensuring products are fit for purpose and proactively manage any issues.
  • Develop PowerBI / Azure / Fabric data solutions that facilitate business colleagues to be able to self-serve their reporting and insight needs.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting into data quality of our digital data, proactively remediating data quality issues.
  • Coach and develop a team of data specialists.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with digital analytics software, MarTech, Tag Managers.
  • Experience with Data Engineering, Modelling, PowerBI or other visualization tools.
  • Strong ability to communicate insights in a clear, concise and powerful manner both verbally and in writing, pitching to varying levels of leadership, understanding and business acumen.
  • Excellent SQL skills, particularly with Google BigQuery and Azure.
  • Experience of eCommerce / Digital Analytics, preferably gained with an online retailer.
  • Degree in Science in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related subject or equivalent experience.
