About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Lead to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our Applied Data & Analytics function, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of our digital channels and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of our digital channels, including Food, General Merchandise, and Clothing, to understand customer behavior and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver analytics projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Line manage Associate Analysts and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital analytics, with a strong understanding of Adobe Analytics and Admin Console.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
