**About the Role**

The House of Commons Hospitality Professional will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our catering facilities. This involves managing catering services, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records and reporting on catering operations and performance.

As a key member of the Customer Experience and Service Delivery team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure a comfortable and efficient environment for MPs, their staff, and visitors to the House of Commons.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams. You will also need to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.

We offer a competitive salary package and a range of benefits, including 30 days' annual leave, a Civil Service pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.

Salary: £28,500 - £35,500 per annum
