About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our social justice grantmaking initiatives as Director of Grants for Social Justice.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Grants for Economic Justice to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for addressing critical social justice issues in London, including migration, racial justice, and disability justice.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our learning strategy across all areas of our work, ensuring that our grantmaking efforts are informed by the latest research and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for addressing critical social justice issues in London.
  2. Lead our learning strategy across all areas of our work, ensuring that our grantmaking efforts are informed by the latest research and best practices.
  3. Work closely with the Director of Grants for Economic Justice to deliver our bold 2030 strategy.
  4. Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing grantmaking initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of social justice issues, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
