About this role
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead one of our key Engineering and Consultancy frameworks in the water industry. As a team lead, you will be responsible for spearheading a dynamic project delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of one of our top Infrastructure Water Company frameworks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management and Project Direction, including managing resources, budgets and programmes and coordinating with other disciplines.
- Driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Development of tender responses and fee estimates.
- Team Lead (&Line Manager) for a range of technical disciplines including modellers, designers and PMs. Responsible for supporting in career development for team.
