Global Wellbeing Initiatives Manager

About the Role:
As the Wellbeing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global wellbeing initiatives and creating a culture that prioritizes employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- EAP Implementation: Lead the deployment and communication of our new Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) service globally, ensuring seamless integration and high engagement across all regions.
- Wellbeing Champions Network: Establish and support a network of wellbeing champions in over 40 countries, equipping them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to promote local wellbeing initiatives.
- Wellbeing Calendar Development: Collaborate with our People teams, leadership, and local teams to curate a comprehensive annual calendar of wellbeing activities—workshops, awareness campaigns, and health initiatives tailored to the diverse needs of our workforce.
- Impact Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the new EAP through employee feedback and participation rates, using insights to continuously enhance wellbeing programs and initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience leading global wellbeing initiatives or large-scale programs.
- Strong project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives across diverse regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with Employee Assistance Programs and wellbeing tools and interventions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Ability to speak Spanish would be a bonus.
