Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist



Marketing Tip, a renowned company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Americas region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for devising, implementing, and assessing marketing strategies to drive regional lead generation and retention.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement best-in-class through-the-line marketing strategies to deliver regional lead generation and retention targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on customers, markets, and competitors to identify potential areas for investment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Represent the interests of the region at internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budgets, projecting costs, determining necessary adjustments, and reviewing expenditures.


Regional Marcomms:




  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with preferred partners, influencers, trade media, and industry associations in the region.
  • Marcomms Planning: Oversee the planning and evaluation of all marcomms for the market, in conjunction with in-house and external agency support.
  • Content Development: Oversee and implement all regional comms and content development for owned digital channels, in conjunction with Digital Marketing.
  • Marketing Collateral: Define marketing collateral requirements, managing production, such as project case studies, project videos, and CDE literature.
  • Event Planning: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all CDE's attendance and speaking opportunities at external events.


Customer Relationship Management:




  • Database Management: Oversee the management of accurate databases for customers and prospects, supporting other business functions in their execution.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and use up-to-date databases to build relationships with existing and prospective customers to achieve annual revenue targets.


Evaluation:




  • Performance Monitoring: Supervise information gathering or the compilation of statistics pertinent to the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing plans.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports outlining progress against Marketing & Business Development KPIs.
  • Adaptation: Adapt plans based on market, company, and customer insights and evaluation.


Other Responsibilities:




  • Team Management: Manage direct reports, ensuring regular performance reviews are carried out, and staff understand how their work contributes to the organisation's performance.
  • Compliance: Adhere to CDE policy and practice.


Requirements:




  • Marketing Experience: Demonstrable experience marketing in or to the Americas region.
  • Leadership Experience: More than 5 years of marketing experience at Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager level in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strategy Development: Demonstrable experience developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating best-in-class through-the-line marketing strategies on multiple projects simultaneously.


Desirable Criteria:




  • Digital Marketing Qualification: A digital marketing qualification or working towards a digital marketing qualification such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or the Digital Marketing Institute.
