As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing turnover, and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Manage and motivate the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Drive Sales and Revenue: Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales both personally and through the team.
