Child Development Specialist

**About the Role**
As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care, including feeding, changing diapers, and helping children with toilet training. You will also develop and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development, focusing on key areas like social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.
You will observe children's development and identify any areas of concern, help children develop their motor skills, language, and social interactions through play and structured learning, ensure that children are safe and emotionally supported, create an atmosphere that encourages children to explore and learn independently, and maintain regular communication with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns that arise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework in the UK and be able to work effectively as part of a team to provide high-quality childcare and education.
